Unlike traditional table massage, this work is performed fully clothed—typically in yoga attire such as leggings, shorts, or a tank top—while the practitioner gently moves and guides your body through a series of yoga-like postures. Each session encourages both comfort and challenge, inviting release where the body holds tension and offering space to expand into greater flexibility. Through muscular manipulation, energy shifts, and nervous system calming, Thai Yoga Massage helps untangle the bound tissues that create knots and stiffness, leaving you feeling grounded, open, and revitalized. Clients may be positioned face up, face down, seated, or in Child’s Pose as their body is supported into unique stretches that free the spirit while deeply relaxing the mind.
